Go or no go? - The Little bowler-hat!

Yesterday, when I cleaned my room(Let me know, if you want a roomtour!), I found this hat! I got it last Christmas. At that time I would probably use it with black skinny jeans and an oversized band-tee. But now I would wear it with a highwaisted, yellow skirt and a black/white-stripped shirt. Is it a go or a no go?

You can't really see the hat, but it's there.

The hat is from Poizen Industries and it came in a black box. I can't stand things(Beside shoes), that come in boxes. So atm. it's exhibited at my shelf. Haha!
