The Yellow Skirt - OOTD 27/06/12

The skirt - or in this case; The top - is a piece i bought last year. It's a high waisted skirt, and because I didn't tried the skirt in the store, I didn't realized that high waisted skirts and shorts, just isn't my thing, until i came home, so now it's a top, which i think i works pretty well as.
